Now, truthfully, this wasn't a Driveby. I was taken here sometime ago after work. Loved it and still love it. This branch is located in Ebisu and when its cold and your on the first floor, it gets cold when people come in. The staff is good, the place is clean and they are very attentive. The sake is good. The liquor choices are a little too limiting for me but everything else shadows that. The meat is really good and you'll be full.

Ce'La Vi Tokyo

After a 20 year relationship with YsTable, Salvatore Cuomo Bros, An,The Bar,

I couldn't wait to get to Ce'La Vi Tokyo.

Sadly to say there were many familiar faces and yet the service was rushed, the food was luke warm to cold and some had really lacked in flavor. The fish dish seemed as though it was prepared and cooked early in the afternoon and then microwave and put on a cold plate. The texture was that of a reheated leftover meal and the "Lamb Chops" in which only one(1) tiny one was served, lacked flavor and was room temperature. The entire course was rushed through in about 30 mins.Desert was nice.

Knowing the YsTable group and their reputation great food, this was very disappointing.
